The Peak45 Program is additional programming provided to all SMCF athletes, with any membership.
These workouts are posted weekly M/W/F in our South Mountain Community Fitness members app at no additional cost.
The Peak45 programming is based off of 2 sections of programming. Knee and hamstring health and EMOMS (every minute on the minute) training, which combines skill work, cardio and weightlifting.
The structure is simple yet effective, meaning anyone and everyone can do it.
You will get a great workout no matter what your level of fitness is. Many of our athletes who utilize this are starting an exercise program, recovering from an injury or surgery, looking to change up their same old gym routine, or are looking to get back into shape or stay in amazing shape.
We are conveniently open 4am to 11pm, 7 days a week, 365 days per year. Our HybridAF door lock system also adds a level of added security for all of our staff and members during their workouts.
Getting to the gym shouldn't be hard. Good thing SMCF is easy to get to! We are located right off of Route 78, easily accessible from Allentown and the greater Lehigh Valley.
